GOVERNANCE
Sail Canada is a Registered Amateur Athletic Association with charitable status, designated by the Government of Canada as a National Sport Organization representing the sport of Sailing. The Association represents all participants including recreational sailors and high-performance athletes at the club, provincial, national, and international levels. Sail Canada is a non-profit corporation founded in 1931. The Association is governed by its constitution and by-laws, as well as many policies ratified by the Board of Directors.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
