Timing of Race Officer Certification Applications

Effective immediately: application for certification and re-certification for all levels of Sail Canada Race Officer will be considered as they are submitted. (Past practice of the Race Management Sub Committee was to consider applications for most levels only at the end of the calendar year.)

Sail Canada’s Race Management Sub-Committee aims to review applications at its next meeting after an application has been checked for completeness.

Certification is for a period of four years, including the year of certification, ending on December 31 of the fourth year.
