RETURN POLICY

General Return Information

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Sail Canada. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase the information below will outline the steps for exchanges and returns.

Prior to sending back your item to Sail Canada, please contact reception@sailing.ca with the reason for the return.

If an item is not to your satisfaction, it can be returned within 30 days of the order date to our store for a refund of the purchase price. The date that the original item is received at our store is considered the return date. There will be no refund for any bonus material purchased (shipping, handling, gift wrap, or any other charges). When the item is returned, it must be unused/unworn, tag still is attached. The package should include the original paperwork.

The refund will be granted once the item has been returned to Sail Canada’s store and has been properly inspected. The refund payment will be then put back on the card on which the item was purchased.

Sail Canada is not responsible for return charges such as shipping, handling, or gift wrap.

Please note: All racing suits are on FINAL SALE. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Please refer to the sizing chart before ordering.

Return Exceptions

Any personalized items or special order items are non-refundable. Special orders include any ticket or group merchandise sales. These items are considered Final Sales.

If an item is purchased on sale then it is considered a Final Sale and there will be no eligibility for a refund.

Any accessories cannot be returned and will only be considered if deemed defective.

 

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If an item purchased is damaged upon arrival, please contact the store immediately for information so as to receive a new item. If the Merchandise Department is not contacted prior to the return of the item, then Sail Canada will claim no responsibility for the damaged item.

 

The item must be returned within 30 days of the order date to our store for a refund of the purchase price. The date that the original item is received at our store is considered the return date. General Return Information

Sail Canada is not responsible for the cost of returning an item. The customer must be responsible for any freight costs if a shipment is rejected.

Please allow up to 14 days for the status of your order to be changed.

Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to return to your account.

If an item is out of stock, it may take time to be restocked, or an exchange of a similar item will be arranged if possible.

Sail Canada is not responsible for any purchase that is damaged or lost in transit. If this situation occurs, contact your mailing provider for information.
