Sail Canada programs offer safe, fun, learning environments for any age and ability! From learning to sail in dinghies or keelboats to racing competitively, cruising offshore, officiating, or anything in between, Sail Canada programs are a great way to get out on the water!
Learn sailing skills and enter into the fun and challenging experiences suited to your age and stage of development. The programming is designed to get – and keep – sailors excited about sailing for life!
For persons with a disability, the sense of freedom and independence associated with sailing is unrivalled. Sailing is one activity where, because of adaptive technology, even people with severe physical limitations can participate equally with able-bodied persons.
Sail Canada Keelboat & Cruising Programs provide new and developing sailors with the skills needed to operate a vessel safely and effectively in a wide range of settings. Programs offer everything from weeknight racing to weekend cruising and travelling offshore.
The following Sail Canada Program Pathways are designed as a tool to help promote the Sail Canada programs offered at your club or school. They can be printed, posted on your website and used promotionally in your community.
Sail Canada programs are delivered with the support of Provincial Sailing Associations and Member Clubs, Schools and Organizations across Canada.
