Sail Canada is organizing a free virtual information session to be presented by ITP Sport to support the work being done related to the Safe Sport policies.
This session is for the sailing community targeting provincial leadership, yacht club/sailing program leadership and program managers. The session is in response to feedback about the challenges clubs are facing in managing how to address situations.

This online session focuses on differentiating between Conflicts and Code of Conduct violations that are escalated to a formal complaint. Participants will learn practical tools for responding to conflict, and discern when it is appropriate to escalate to a formal complaint mechanism.
