This material was developed by the Canadian Power Squadron (CPS) for the Marine Radio Operators Course ROC(M) which many Sail Canada instructors are qualified to teach as a result of a partnership between the two organizations.
These Student Kits include one Course Manual, one Student CD and an Exam and Application form. A marking key will be added to every order to assist with marking exams. When running the ROC(M) course, instructors purchase these packages on behalf of each student enrolled in their program. Instructors are also encouraged to buy an instructor package.
The boating public can purchase this book and CD but it will be shipped without the exam, application form and marking key.
