YOTS Invitational kicks off today at RNSYS!
Friday, October 5th, 2018 - Kingston, ON
Canada’s top youth sailors are heading to RNSYS in Halifax Nova Scotia this Friday to take part in Sail Canada's second Youth Olympic Training Seminar (YOTS) this year. Sailors from across the country were invited to take part in this three and a half day training seminar based on their performance at the Sail Canada Youth Championships that took place in Toronto, ON at the end of August.
The YOTS Invitational - RNSYS runs a little different than your average training camp, in an effort to bring the best youth sailors in Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, 420 and 29er from across the country together, all the sailors need to do is show up ready to sail and learn and the rest is taken care of. Airport pick up and drop off is provided, as are billets, meals and charter boats.
Sail Canada and RNSYS have brought together a impressive team of coaches, guest experts and past and current CST and CSDS members for this training seminar. For the 45 sailors attending, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best.
