Racing Rules in Action 2026

This online seminar, lead by International Judge and Umpire David Pelling, will do a review of the racing rules by looking at 30 different situations and discussing which rules apply, how to interpret them, and what the boats and judges should do. It has been designed with race officials and racing sailors in mind to challenge the participants and to provide a better understanding of the rules and their application. For this seminar, it will be essential to have a 2025-2028 rule book readily available. Seminar will be held March 24, 26, 31 and April 2nd, all from 7pm to 9:30pm (EDT).
