Sail West wraps up at COSA

Sail West wraps up at COSA

July 8, 2019 - Kingston, ON

The first regional championship of the summer, Sail West,  finished up on Sunday at the Central Okanagan Sailing Association. With over 100 sailors from the western regions of the country, the event was a great success.

Conditions were challenging with light winds for the two training days, which continued into the regatta with only one race on Saturday for the single-handed fleets. Sunday again produced light winds, but everyone worked hard to get three races in for all fleets.

Thank you to all those who helped to make this event a success and to COSA for being wonderful hosts.
