Another good day for Laser Radial sailors with Isabella Bertold taking the win in race 5 with over a minute lead on her closest competitors and a 3rd in the final race of the day. She catapults up the leaderboard to 4th overall with podium within reach. Standing in her way, Bowmeester (NED), Cebrian Martinez (ESP), and van Acker (BEL) currently maintain podium position.
Brenda Bowskill had a good start on her first race however forgot to protect the left and loses position to round out 12th. She moves up to 14th overall with very tight points among this group.
Canadian Matt Ryder continues to hang onto 23rd in the Laser fleet with Heiner (NED) hanging on to the overall lead.
Tomorrow marks the last day of racing before the medal race day on Saturday!
