Two bullets on Day 2 of Youth Worlds!

Two bullets on Day 2 of Youth Worlds!

Tuesday, December 12 2017 - Sanya, China

The cloud cover that rolled in on Monday did not seem to be going anywhere for day 2 of racing providing sailors with another day of challenging conditions and extremely puffy and shifty winds. A breeze of 8 - 12 knots was present throughout the day across all fours race courses.

The Canadians showed up for day 2 ready to compete and took advantage of the tricky conditions fighting for gains all the way around the course.

Nacra 15 team Helen and Teddy Horangic scored a bullet in Race 6 moving the sisters up to 7th place overall.

Youth Worlds veteran team Georgia Lewin-Lafrance and Madeline Gillis also scored a bullet in today’s racing. Placing first in the first race of the day and moving up to 7th place overall.
