Sailing Director – West Vancouver Yacht Club
The West Vancouver Yacht Club maintains a proud yachting tradition in the pacific-northwest.
The Club is seeking applicants for the position of Sailing Director. This is a permanent position responsible for the management of the learn-to-sail operations and of the competitive sailing areas of the Club. The Sailing Director is responsible for supervising all sailing related personnel and reports to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that a high quality of product and service is maintained and that all programs operate efficiently and profitably. With over 40 training vessels the club sees over 1000 students/season.
This position requires a highly motivated, hands-on professional, with a minimum of five years experience in a club environment, whose energy, creative and interpersonal skills will ensure distinctive service to a discerning membership and eager student body.
