Located on the shores of Lake Ontario in downtown Kingston, Ontario, the Kingston Yacht Club has been servicing the sailing community since 1896 and is now accepting applications for a dynamic and well organized multi-tasker who is keen to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in the overall operation of the club. The Club Services Coordinator will be responsible for several administrative and accounting duties, and as well, will be required to interact regularly with club members, responding to concerns and special requests in a diligent, pleasant and professional manner. Ability to work a varied schedule within the scope of the club’s calendar is a definite requirement of the position. Experience in the club industry, sailing, bookkeeping, superior knowledge of computer systems and or food service supervision will be considered assets. Post-secondary education or relevant experience is required.
