Replacement PCOC Cards

Have you lost your PCOC card?
Replacement Cards cost $21.00 ($20.00 plus GST), and each additional card per person costs $10.50 ($10.00 plus GST). Submit this form to to get your replacement card.

You have taken a CYA Pleasure Craft Operator's Card exam within the previous six months but have not received your card?

Card processing is normally 3 to 4 weeks but under heavy demand may take up to six weeks. If you have not received your card after that time span please contact the CYA at or by fax to 613-545-3045. Please scan or fax a copy of your temporary form and provide an email addressor telephone number where we can contact you.
