You have taken a CYA Pleasure Craft Operator's Card exam within the previous six months but have not received your card?
Card processing is normally 3 to 4 weeks but under heavy demand may take up to six weeks. If you have not received your card after that time span please contact the CYA at or by fax to 613-545-3045.
