Racing has finished at both CYA Sail Central and Sail East for another year!

Races concluded Sunday at Sail Central, hosted by the Hudson Yacht Club near Montreal, Quebec, with their annual Fruit Bowl Regatta. The event, which is one of the Ontario Sailing's Grand Prix Development Series, had over 150 boats competing. Sail East, hosted by Silver Fox Yacht Club in Summerside, PEI had 89 boats competing. 

Both events include the CYA U17 Regional championships in all fleets - Optimist Dinghy, 420, Laser Radial, 29er & Laser. Final Results will be posted as soon as they are available.

CYA Sail East & Sail Central Underway!

CYA Regional events Sail East and the inaugural Sail Central have completed the second day of training today, which will be followed by two days of racing over the weekend.
 
Sail Central, hosted by the Hudson Yacht Club near Montreal, Quebec, with their annual Fruit Bowl Regatta has over 150 boats registered which is sure to provide some close racing and busy start lines. The sailors hail from Quebec and Ontario. The event is one in Ontario Sailing's Grand Prix Development Series.
 
Sail East, hosted by Silver Fox Yacht Club in Summerside, PEI has had a variety of wind for the training days and will have over 80 boats on the race courses over the weekend. Sailors have come from 4 Atlantic provinces for both the training and the racing days.
 
Both events include the CYA U17 Regional championships in all fleets. Stay tuned to the event websites for registrant lists and results throughout the weekend.
