2009 CYA AGM Weekend - November 20-22, 2009

The 2009 Annual General Meeting Weekend will take place in Toronto, Ontario November 19^th, 20^th, 21^st, and 22^nd. All meetings and the Annual Rolex Awards Banquet will be held at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club (city club), 141 St. George St. Toronto, Ontario M5R 2L8.

Accommodations

The Marriott Toronto Bloor Yorkville has agreed to offer CYA Annual General Meeting Weekend attendees a reduced conference rate of $109.00 per night for single or double occupancy. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel staff by calling 1-800-859-7180. Be sure to mention that you are with Canadian Yachting Association AGM to ensure you receive the reduced rates. Please note that the cut off date for the guaranteed room rate is November 2, 2009.

Please note that the Marriott Toronto Bloor Yorkville is a 15 minute walk or a short subway ride from the Royal Canadian Yacht Club. There is subway stop under the hotel which is two stops from the St. George St. subway stop which lets you out approximately 50 feet from the RCYC front doors.
