This seminar offers training and evaluation of the theoretical component of Sail Canada's National and Senior National Race Management Program. Successful completion of this seminar is required component in application to National Race Management Officer & Senior Race Management Officer certification, and every 4 years as component in NRO And SNRO re-certification.
